Territorial Action Processes and Rural Revival in the Southwestern Buenos Aires Province - Argentina

Abstract

This article examines territorial dynamics in Felipe Solá, a marginalized town in the southwestern Buenos Aires province, Argentina. The aim is to analyze territorial action, rural revival, and the social imaginaries of development in this context. The methodology is mixed, combining quantitative and qualitative approaches, including interviews with local actors and analysis of scientific literature. The results reveal that the collaboration between public, private, and collective actors is nascent but promising, with an emerging focus on beekeeping activities and neorural projects that are driving new economic and social dynamics, suggesting a potential rural revival based on local collaboration and innovation.
