Rights of Publication

This journal allows the author to retain the full rights of publication for their manuscript to use it as they see fit. The journal only requires the granting of a non-exclusive and perpetual publication permission to make use of the work published in the journal.

This non-exclusive and perpetual publication permission ensures that the author cannot later request the withdrawal of the published article. In favor of the author, by retaining their publication rights, they can use their work in any other medium without requiring permission from the journal, even in cases where the use of the license changes. The author can also make use of any translation of their work published by the journal or the publisher. The author cannot revoke the publication permission from the journal.

The non-exclusive and perpetual publication permission allows the use of the material by the journal in any way deemed appropriate, even with a different usage license, as long as it does not affect the recognition or integrity of the author. The journal will not pay any fee for this permission.

The author can publish the version of their article published by the journal in any repository they deem appropriate. The author can publish preprint versions of their work in any repository they deem appropriate.

*Despite the possibility of republishing their work in another journal, it is suggested to avoid such practices that may be considered unethical. Whenever republishing their work, indicate that it is not an original research —it is not new research—. There are journals that accept republication for dissemination purposes. This journal DOES NOT ACCEPT republishing articles from other journals or those that have been edited in other formats such as books or conference proceedings, but does not oppose an author doing so as long as they do not commit editorial ethics violations.
