Intellectual property, copyright, or moral rights are exclusively held by the authors. The journal will never have intellectual rights over the published work. Recognition must credit the authors of the work. Anyone using material published in the journal must credit the authors. Reuse, adaptations, remixes, or transformations of any kind of the works published here must explicitly acknowledge the authors of the original work.

This journal allows the author to retain all publishing rights to their own manuscript and to dispose of it as they see fit. The journal only requests a non-exclusive publication permission to use the published work in the journal. A non-exclusive publication permission is different from the transfer of publishing rights, as the journal does not hold publishing rights but only has permission to publish, and it is not exclusive because the author can use their manuscript as they deem appropriate.

In favor of the author, by retaining their publishing rights, they may use their work in any other medium without needing any permission from the journal, even if the license use changes. The author may also use any translation of their work published by the journal or the publisher. The author cannot revoke the publication permission granted to the journal.

The non-exclusive publication permission allows the journal to use the material by any means it deems appropriate, including under a different usage license, as long as it does not affect the recognition or integrity of the author. The journal will not pay any fee for this permission.

The author may publish the version of their article edited and published by the journal in any repository they see fit. The author may also publish preprints of their work in any repository they consider appropriate. The author will retain copyright and publishing rights for all translations that the journal may make of their articles.

Although it is possible to republish your work in another journal, it is advised to avoid such practices, which may be considered unethical. Whenever you republish your work, indicate that it is not original research—it's not new research. There are journals that accept republication for dissemination purposes. This journal does NOT ACCEPT republication of articles from other journals or those edited in other formats like books or conference proceedings but does not oppose an author doing so as long as it does not violate editorial ethics.
