Abstract

This work proposes to address what has been researched so far on the problem of Child Labor in Argentina. Four lines of research stand out. Firstly, research aimed at understanding the meaning of IT, the causes and challenges of its approach from the field of sociology and anthropology are identified. Secondly, studies are developed that address the types of Child Labor that exist according to the contexts where they live: urban and rural. Thirdly, the research that sought to understand the relationship between said object of study and education is mentioned. Finally, in fourth place are the studies that proposed to address public policies and programs aimed at the prevention of Child Labor. In the conclusion, it is observed that the topic in question has been widely addressed, but it is highlighted that there is still little research that studies how institutional policies on IT are implemented in educational institutions. In this sense, this work proposes to carry out a degree thesis with the objective of understanding the way in which institutional policies on the prevention of Child Labor are implemented.
